The HEPA Pro LP MAX is a powerful dust extractor designed to handle dust collection on concrete surface prep jobs as well as construction, restoration and abatement jobs.

Equipped with (2) 10-quart backpacks that delivers 300 CFM & 100" H20 --- suction power to handle small to mid-sized floor grinders, shot blasters and saws, and portable and convenient to use with handheld grinding and sawing tools.

KEY EFFICIENCY ADVANTAGES

Powerful Suction - Unlike other dust extractor that utilize bypass or turbine motors, the HEPA Pro LP MAX uses flow-through motors to provide higher suction and airflow.

Dual-Cyclonic Separation - features an integrated dual-cyclonic module that captures approximately 98% of airborne dust before the finest of particles can reach the micro-fiber collection bags. This dramatically reduces filter loading, extends filter life, sustains suction, and prevents a 20 amp circuit from overheating.

DUAL-CYCLONIC SEPARATION

With no cartridge pre-filter to blind, the system maintains consistent airflow and suction over extended periods of use—ensuring uninterrupted grinding and cutting productivity.
As the extracted debris is drawn into the cyclonic vortex, the heavier particles (90%) drop to the bottom of the chamber, while the lighter ones (10%) are separated again - inside the cyclonic module - without obstruction to cause suction drop.
Only the absolute finest of dust particles escapes the dual-cyclonic separation and they are collected by the micro-fiber bags that are nested inside the HEPA filters - HEPA filters stays pristine clean!

LARGE, CONVENIENT & SAFE COLLECTION SYSTEM

The external Longopac® bag collects dust continuously, accommodating over 200 lbs. of debris before requiring attention to the micro-fiber cloth filters.
This translates into longer operating intervals between service stops.

MODULAR DESIGN - The HEPAPro TB300 adopts a modular design which includes a detachable cart, pre-separator, and (2) backpack HEPA vacuum cleaners.

Designed for easy handling and transportation, and at the same time it can ship UPS Ground.
The two backpacks are detachable and easily removed from the frame and may be used individually for picking up dust in narrow or difficult to reach areas. They can also be assembled with a harness and be used as a traditional backpack vac.
Auto-Clean Pulse-Valve - The motors of the vacs have built-in temperature control that prevent overheating, and an auto-clean pulse-valve automatically cleans the micro-fiber bag.

MAINTENANCE - UNSTOPPABLE PERFORMANCE

Unlike other dust collectors that use cloth, felt, or pleated pre-filters, these types of filters are not only expensive and need to be replaced regularly, but they blind and cake easily and suction steadily declines as the dust extractor is used.
In contrast, the HEPA Pro LP MAX uses the dual cyclonic module which is easy to clean with water and is permanent.
- CYCLONE MODULE - requires no operator intervention like manual shaking, air pulsation, or electronic oscillation to maintain or restore filtration efficiency and maximum suction performance.
- CAN'T BE DAMAGED
  - Unlike a cloth or cartridge pre-filter that is compromised and damage when sludge, hot coatings, and sharp objects are vacuums, the cyclone module is made of steel and is 100% washable and impervious to damage!
Extracted material is collected in the external HD Longopac® bag and the two HEPA filters stay remarkably clean!

PRODUCTIVITY: KEY PERFORMANCE

For every 40 lbs. of silica dust collected in the external Longopac®, less than 5 ounces (10 tablespoons) of the absolute finest of dust bypasses the cyclone and is captured by the micro-fiber bags (2) which are nested inside the HEPA filters

Auto-Clean Pulse-Valve - after collecting 200 lbs. of silica dust (or filling five Longopac® bags, the micro-fiber bags contain just 1.5 to 2 lbs. of dust --- and that yield is compacted (like a trash compactor) by the Auto-Clean Pulse Valve. This feature further enhances the long run times before the micro-fiber bags need to be replaced while the HEPA filters (2) stay pristine clean!
