How Good is it?

The design of the guard provides fantastic dust control when used with a dust extractor capable of maintaining an airflow rating of 125 CFM.

However, to conform to the OSHA Silica Dust Regulation, the vacuum must be equipped as follows:

Filtration efficiency rating of 99% or higher
Equipped with a self-cleaning filter or cyclonic dust separation
Airflow rating of 25 CFM per 1" of blade diameter.

> 9" blade requires 225 CFM
> 10" blade requires 250 CFM
> 12" blade requires 300 CFM.
