412 Diamond Impregnated Floor Pads are the maintenance and restoration stage of the 412 Seamless Diamond Transformation System™, designed to clean, restore and maintain polished concrete, terrazzo, stone and other hard, smooth floors while progressively enhancing the floor's appearance.

Unlike conventional maintenance pads that relay on chemicals, waxes or coatings, diamond-impregnated pads use embedded diamonds to mechanically refine the surface.

For neglected or worn floors.

Removes light-to-medium scratches, etching, discoloration and embedded soil while establishing the starting surface for restoration.

Result: Satin / matte restored surface.

STEP 2 | 800 GRIT

REFINE

Removes the 400-grit scratch pattern and refines the floor.

Excellent for resurfacing and deep cleaning polished concrete and terrazzo.

Produces the highest level of shine in the standard maintenance sequence and can then be used regularly to maintain and enhance the finish.

Result: High-gloss, wet-look appearance.

HOW TO USE 412 DIAMOND PADS
	Select your grit --- Start with the appropriate grit based upon the condition of the floor.
	Install the pad --- Attach the pad to the appropriate diamond pad driver.
	Make controlled passes --- Work systematically over the floor, making 4-5 passes per grit and check the surface.
	Progress through the sequence --- Do not advance until the previous scratch pattern or surface defect has been removed.
	Clean & inspect --- Remove residue and inspect the floor before moving to the next grit.
	Maintain --- Once the desired finish is established, use the 1500 and/or 3000 pad as part of the regular maintenance program.
