Plate Features

(6) Independent, Counter-Rotating Heads — Completely sealed, ball bearing heads, spin 3" resin diamonds at 400 RPM – 60% faster than the clockwise spinning driver plate

Planetary Action — (6) heads, rotates clockwise @ 400 RPM, mounted to the Orbitec Driver Plate, rotates counterclockwise (as viewed from the handlebars) @ 165 - 175 RPM

Professional Polishing Results — planetary design allows the grinder to move across smooth floors with relative ease, provides more torque during starting and then transfers to the individual heads (6) for increased RPM for professional polishing of concrete and stone floors

Custom milled steel clutch plate provides easy on-and-off mounting from the floor machine

Three plate sizes: 13”, 17” and 20”

Electroplated 1/2” thick steel driver plate is built with replaceable pedestal heads, black electrostatic coating (powder coated) resists corrosion

Orbitec driver plate mounts under most conventional designed 1.5 HP floor machines, rotating the individual pedestals heads (6) @ 400 RPM - counterclockwise to the driver plate

Pedestals with hook’n loop facing, securely mount and hold 3" round diamond pads

Diamond pads, shown below, are quickly changed without shop tools.
