Plastic Joint Protectors

Inserted into control joints, at the the Intersection, of Green Concrete

• Small, corrugated 1/8" wide plastic strips used when making crosscuts in green concrete

• A must have to help prevent the 4 corners from collapsing when wheels of the saw crosses the joint

• Used in all locations when foot or machine traffic may damage the 90° cut 

• Nearly 50% of all early entry saw cuts are late (control joint is cut after the 2-hour window), the other 50% (that are on time) absolutely need to use joint protectors.
