2 Segment PCD without diamond bar is extremely aggressive while the tool with the diamond bar is aggressive but with more control 2-Segment PCD with diamond bar is the industry standard WEAR BAR or BUTTON? Without the diamond wear bar or tungsten carbide button, the PCD is able to cut deeper, making it possible to remove even the toughest coatings. Our 1/4 round PCD's are capable of leaving deep grooves in concrete (a cheese grade effect) and are not recommended to be used on floors that are to be polished. For coating removal on floors that are to be polished, use our 1 or 2-Bar Diamonds 6mm (3) screw hole attachment.
